All appointments at Aqua Smiles Dental are exclusive reservations. All time and resources are dedicated to you for the time slot booked.

We understand that unexpected life events may happen and on those occasions you may need to rebook your appointment. If so, please advise us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Due to difficulty of filling last minute appointments, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 per half hour will be applied for missed appointments or last minute cancellations. Cancellation fees are payable prior to acceptance of your next booking and management reserves the right to decline appointment requests for repeated cancellations.

Our friendly staff will provide you with a courtesy reminder call or SMS prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance, unconfirmed appointments may be released without further notice.
